Eugenie is an experienced project advisor, who works with government and non-government organisations to provide specialist knowledge in complex project processes. She takes a practical approach to her work, converting challenging strategic ideas, into tangible outcomes. She has a strong appreciation for the rigour that needs to support complex projects, including the formulation of effective governance and communications structures, government assurance processes, and complex procurement and outsourcing arrangements.

She has authored and managed the consulting teams for a number of significant, high profile, NSW and Australian Government business cases, transactions and procurement processes. She has a detailed understanding of the requirements and strategic thinking necessary to develop a strong persuasive narrative and recommendations that can be supported by decision makers at various levels.

Her experience in social infrastructure projects includes tertiary education and training facilities, cultural facilities, cruise ship and maritime facilities, hospitals, educational institutions, law courts, customs and quarantine facilities and commercial/ residential building projects. Eugenie is highly regarded for her ability to build and foster strong professional relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders. She is known for her practical and straightforward approach, and honest objective advice.
