William is an outcomes-focused and highly analytical professional who is passionate about solving complex problems. During his time at Spedding Torres & Associates, he has specialised in the preparation and development of business cases, while also working and leading strategic policy and regulatory reform engagements.

William has extensive experience working on the preparation and development of business cases and appreciates the need for cost and budget control, time control and contract administration when managing projects. Over the course of his career, William has supported the coordination and development of business cases recommending government investment in almost $2 billion worth of social infrastructure.

William’s experience also extends to working in the strategic policy and reform environment and on government regulatory review projects. On these types of engagements, William consistently emphasises the strength and importance of stakeholder engagement and data analytics to support and drive evidence-based policy outcomes. William has provided services and shared his skills working with stakeholders across a wide range of industry sectors including Justice, Education, Health, Arts, Planning and Environment, Transport and Primary Industries.
